Bought M8 a month ago and the battery sucks!! It gets so hot, I can't even hold it . It doesn't charge completely. And if by mistake it does charge, it won't last long. Don't you QA dept check before delivering your product? When I asked the customer care, they are like 'may be you're using it too much'. What does that even mean? I'll never buy any HTC product ever! Worst experience of all time.

Bought a pretty expensive HTC phone last year broke. Not only after dealing with horrid c.s, I got two options, either repair or replaced with a refurb model. Did repair came back with cracked screen, and 4 more issues. Dont have time or money to deal with this. Sue them if you have issues to.
