My son had an HTC Bolt that we bought new. It stopped working after 8 months (blank screen, failed to respond, etc).

We contacted HTC at the end of Sept '17. The had us send them the phone for repair. Due to the repair process being overwhelmed, they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for repair. Ouch, but we have to do it.

4-6 weeks went by. Then I contacted them via email numerous times for a status update. Sometimes I received vague responses. I called them to have the complaint escalated.

But I haven't been able to get a straight answer on when to expect the phone to be fixed, or where it is in the process. It is now Jan 9th, 2018 (13 weeks later), and I am still trying to find answers with no luck.

Product or Service Mentioned: Htc Cell Phone Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $450.
