Long story short, I paid for their most expensive device last year, they sent me a faulty device and whenever I asked for a replacement, they only offer to fix it or to replace it with a refurbished one. I choose to get out fixed, they sent it back with two other different problems!! No replacement. That's it. If you don't like it sue them, that's what they said. I don't have the money or the time to sue. That's why I didn't.
